San Mateo County Officials Visit

Last week, WSIP Director Julie Labonte toured the tunnel job site and shaft with San Mateo County representatives who were interested in our progress and seeing the tunnel boring machine. Neighbor Helps Get the Job Done

This morning, Gene Ciranni, on right, a neighbor from Ascension Drive, helped Jim Mulkey, one of the contractor's superintendent's and a licensed blaster, set off the second underground blast around 10:30 am. On Thursday, there will be only one blast, and it is scheduled between 11 and 11:30 am.
