Pile driving was suspended at the Harry Tracy Water Treatment Plant today due to rain. Necessary materials could not be delivered to the plant during the morning storm.
Approximately 20 piles remain to be driven (out of more than 800 since early August). Weather permitting, pile driving will resume on Tuesday, October 23rd. Pile driving can take place during light showers, but not heavier rain. Rain is also forecast for Wednesday. However, with the small pile count remaining, we still expect pile driving to be completed this week.
